I’m a PhD candidate in the fast-track scholarship program (PMDSU Program, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia) at Universitas Indonesia. Currently, I’m under the joint supervision of Prof. Dr. Mirra Noor Milla & Whinda Yustisia, Ph.D. (Universitas Indonesia) and Dr. Mark Brandt (Tilburg University).
I’m broadly interested in network approaches to studying political belief systems, political behavior, and radicalization. My dissertation examines the incentivization pathway to extreme behavior, testing how goal-related motivation and passion type predict self-sacrifice among extremist groups (both violent and non-violent) and the general population.
